In the night under cover of the clouds, making it seem bright...

This is a long exposure of clouds passing over one night. I made levels adjustments, and applied a noise reduction filter as well as a sharpening filter in photoshop.

Definately looks nice. I like the colors. They create an interesting atmosphere. :)

Wonderful colors. Very unique effect! The only thing is that smidge of chromatic noise at the top but it's barely noticeable. Did you use PS's noise reduction?

Great exposure.
thank you very much! yes i used noise reduction in photoshop because the photo was kind of underexposed, and i also used the blur tool overtop of that afterwards to clean it up some more. thanks again

thank you, originally everything was alot more red, but i wanted cooler colours in it, so the magic of photoshop really helps out!

You might want to try the NeatImage photoshop plugin for noise reduction. [link] It does a MUCH cleaner job. I find photoshop's built-in noise reduction filter impossible to work with personally =D
thanks, ya i find it doesn't do the best job either, so i'll definately check that out :)
